The history of the salon
• 2009 •
Our story as a company began on December 22, 2009 – that’s when a small sewing workshop was established, which later grew into a full-fledged salon. Six years before that, since 2003, we had been engaged in curtain rods and curtains for hire or as sole proprietors.
The name “Comfort Zone” was not chosen by chance. We understood the double meaning of the phrase: on one hand, it’s associated with stagnant comfort that hinders growth; on the other, it represents a space where one restores their energy. We embraced the latter meaning: everyone deserves a place where they feel confident, calm, and cozy. Our goal is to make that space truly comfortable.
We started modestly – in a small 60 m² space near Minsk. The workshop began with just two industrial sewing machines, some old school desks, and a folding table from home. Gradually, we hired staff, purchased more equipment, and mastered new technologies. We learned from professionals, adopted their expertise, developed our own sewing methods, and built connections with textile brand representatives.
• 2013 •
By 2013, we realized that we needed not just a workshop, but our own salon with fabric collections. That’s when we moved to a business incubator near Minsk, where we opened a showroom with fabric and curtain rod samples and expanded our team of tailors to eight people. Quality has always been our top priority.
• 2017 •
In 2017, we took a step toward central Minsk, but after six months we returned to the outskirts – the rent proved too expensive.
• 2021- today •
In the summer of 2021, we were forced to leave Belarus and relocate to Poland.
A year later, after selling part of our property, we invested in opening a new salon and sewing workshop in Warsaw. And so, in October 2022, a new chapter of our story began.
Today, we continue to work with love for what we do, creating coziness and comfort in every interior.

Our products decorate homes in Italy, France, the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Portugal, and Slovakia. We know how to work effectively remotely and, when necessary, we travel anywhere in the EU for on-site installation of curtain rods and drapery.
Experienced in Working with Designers
We frequently collaborate with architects and interior designers. Even during early construction stages, we can offer valuable advice on ceiling niches, windowsill and radiator placement, and electrical planning near windows.
Post-Installation Support
Each order comes with a product passport containing care instructions. It includes a detailed cost estimate for potential dismantling, cleaning, reinstallation, and minor repairs — should you choose to entrust us with curtain maintenance in the future.
